Offers a varied menu, excellent service and the largest wine selection in Southwest Nebraska. Our full menu consists in: main courses, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, sides, kid’s meals and dessert.
All our steaks are aged in house for a minimum of 30 days and cut by hand daily using only the finest Prime and Choice Stockyards Angus Beef served with one side, soup or house or caesar salad. Our full bar offers: Domestic and imported beers, house cocktails, martinis, and wine.
The original Coppermill Steakhouse opened up in McCook in the early 80s and since taking ownership of The Coppermill in May 2010 We have one mission in mind to serve our guests the best tasting food possible along with a one of a kind experience.
Our loyal clientele come not only from the Southwest Nebraska, but Northwest Kansas and Eastern Colorado as well. They are not disappointed and neither will you!
